PEER -POWERED RECOVERY THAT STICKS

Sobriety doesn’t stick without community

A recovery-centered high school where youth find belonging, purpose, and possibility.

OUR APPROACH

RECOVERY + BELONGING

Recovery doesn’t happen alone. At VIVO, it happens together.

VIVO isn’t just a school, it’s a recovery network disguised as one. Here, every student is seen. They find peers who've lived it and show up on the toughest days. Recovery isn't something we do to them; it's something they build together. Support turns into survival, and survival grows into hope.

Purpose is more than a dream. It’s protection.

At VIVO, we don’t just ask students what they want to be, we ask what makes them feel alive. From sneakers to sewing machines, podcasts to power tools, we ignite interests into lifelines. Because we've learned that purpose isn’t a luxury—it’s protection. Purpose keeps students showing up, staying substance-free, and caring deeply about their futures.

PURPOSE + PASSION

EQUITY + ACCESS

This kind of care should be there for all.

Most people don’t realize that high-end recovery systems exist. They’re just not available to everyone. VIVO changes that. Inspired by our founder Melissa’s experience in a recovery program with a 90% success rate, we bring gold-standard recovery education to teens, free of charge. Equity at VIVO means breaking down financial barriers so every teen can access transformative recovery support.

Why VIVO Works

At VIVO, recovery is integrated into every part of school life. It’s a community-first, passion-fueled, equity-centered model designed for the real lives of young people. Students don’t just get maintain recovery. They grow, create, and contribute. They reclaim their futures in an environment that believes in them long before they believe in themselves.

Recovery is not just about abstaining from substances. It’s about becoming who they were meant to be.

“You shouldn't have to drop out of school just to get sober."
